The Booking Process
When you book a session with Ava Photography, you are booking an experience. We will guide you through the entire process from start to finish so that your experience is smooth, fun and worry-free!
The first step is to book a consultation either in person or over the phone. This is where we will get to know each other a little better and discuss what kind of session you are interested in. We will also go over pricing and answer any questions that you may have.
Next, we will schedule your session date and time. Once your session is booked, we will send you a welcome packet with all the information you need to know about what to expect on the day of your shoot.
On the day of your shoot, we will meet at the location (which we will have discussed beforehand) and spend some time getting to know each other and taking some test shots. Then, itufffds time for your photo shoot! We will pose you, direct you, and help you feel comfortable in front of the camera so that we can capture natural looking photos that reflect your personality.
Afterwards, we will schedule a time for your viewing and ordering appointment where you will get to see all of the beautiful images from your session! This is when you decide which products you would like to order such as prints, albums, digital files or wall art.
