Our astrophotography course will teach you the basics of how to photograph the night sky. You’ll learn about the different types of equipment you need, and how to set it up. We’ll also cover basic exposure settings and post-processing techniques.

This course is perfect for anyone who wants to learn how to capture stunning images of the stars and planets. No prior experience is necessary, but we recommend that you have a basic understanding of photography before enrolling.

The course will be held over two weekends, from 6pm-9pm on Fridays and 9am-4pm on Saturdays. The first weekend will be spent in Sydney, where we’ll cover theory and practical aspects of astrophotography. The second weekend will be spent in the Blue Mountains, where we’ll put what you’ve learned into practice with some night photography sessions.
